2 slices of Kingsmill Tasty Wholemeal bread
1 heaped tablespoon of mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of mango chutney
10 slices of cucumber
2 crisp lettuce leaves
Half a small cooked chicken
breast, sliced
Makes 1 sandwich
Swirl together the mayonnaise and mango
chutney and spread over 1 slice of the bread. Top
with slices of cucumber, followed by the lettuce and
then the slices of chicken. Top with the remaining
slice of bread, cut in half and serve.
